Welcome to my Cyberpunk 2077 Playthrough, V decides to pay the doc by that I mean the local ripperdoc a visit and she finds Lucy the new assistant to this ripperdoc, Lucy says her name now is Mia and she's angry to see V, Lucy for those who don't remember, used to work as a doctor against her will at a Maelstrom clinic that V saved her from but she rushed Lucy outta there without letting her save the life of a Maelstrom guy, in the end Lucy felt remorse for what V had done and she instead of leaving Night City with her brother decided to stick around Rancho Coronado and work as an assistant to this ripper called Octavio and she keeps telling him to not operate on V for pissing her off, lovely lady...
V buys some material from Octavio who has one of the worst clinics in the city, probably some of the lowest tier material too for sale, after this, V finds a garage with a broken down tricycle it's unrepairable and Johnny says he always wanted one of these, V mocks him for the dream of a guy always dreaming to have a motorcycle with a little car next to it where a blonde girl sits on, and Johnny says brunette instead lol.
V checks a laptop inside the garage where she finds a conversation from a James Ito to Josie Alcazar, James tells Josie that he feels sorry for what happened to her bike but that going down a path of revenge to get back at the Tygers for what they've done is never a wise move, after this V grabs a photo with a couple posing in it, upon further investigation this photo seems to have been taken somewhere down in Japantown.
