“Neon Moon” is a song written by Ronnie Dunn and recorded by American country music duo, Brooks and Dunn. It was released in February 1992, as the third single off of their “Brand New Man” album. 

“Friends In Low Places” was released in 1990 lead single from Garth Brooks album “no fences“. It has gone on to become one of his most iconic songs. The “third verse”, featured in our rendition, was added by Brooks to his live performances. (The original version only had two verses.)
