I wrote this song, May 7th, 2018, after I heard a news clip say, "Willie Nelson was not well".
The words flew down on the paper, as they tend to do on various occasions. The news offered no specific explanation, but the song came to me, so of course I wrote it. (This picture of the lyrics, is the original draft).
There can only be a positive outcome, to a prayer from the heart, and I was, and still am, certain the vast majority would agree with me.
I recorded it immediately, this is the original recording, one single track, of guitar and vocals.
I held onto it, as the next day Willie Nelson released a new song,
"I Woke Up, Not dead Again, Today".
I figured he was doing alright, and there was nothing to the contrary, in the news to follow.
I released a song this past month, called,
"Shine-thru", it's with my content, on YouTube.
EVERYONE, we should all start,
"Looking for your way to Shine-thru".
