An original written in 1981 with Waylon Jennings voice in my head. I was fortunate enough to have Ken Smith, Waylon's bass player do the vocals. In 2008 I did this video as a tribute to Waylon Jennings.

Willie, Waylon, Milsap, and Kris were my favorite country artists in the1980s. I did not want to be a country artist. I envisioned sitting with a guitar in my lap writing songs and a fishing line tied to my toe, with my sons.
