I must begin by apologizing for the audio on this upload....I am only uploading as it does not appear to circulate or be online. The September 20th 1985 broadcast of "Liner Notes" on MTV included Bob Dylan talking with Charles M Young in what is called "The Malibu Interview". Please note my similarly titled upload is going to be pulled down and re-titled "Liner Notes 1984". Tape lineage: unknown poorly tracking tape to SuperBeta2 to mp4. It was on one of my compilation videotapes I compiled from TV recordings. Both of the clips before and after sounded fine....guessing I had a friend record it for me and I dubbed off his tape. note...the video was blocked unless "When The Night Comes Falling' was snipped away. #bobdylan #charlesmwhite #interview #mtv #linernotes #willienelson #davestewart #jacknicholson
