WKallen comp is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:

1st: Crusader (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
2nd: Higwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Jester (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
4th: Arbalest (damage trinkets) - damage dealer

PROS:
1) Great stress outcome
2) Great damage outcome
3) Great healing potential
4) 2 potential deathblowers
5) Disruption is a lesser menace

CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) DoT is a menace

WKallen comp is team based on damage and stress. You can also run as damage-DoT team, if you use "Crushed hemlock" or Jester's DoT skills. You have 2 healers, 2 potential deathblowers and every character can move to other positions. Sadly this team lacks of synergies, like "mark synergy" or "stun synergy".

I played a few tactics, like "full stress" or "support Crusader", but the mix of both is the best strategy. I highly recommend here to use "gunslinger Highwayman", instead of "bandit".

My advice: Start with Crusader to stun someone, next use Highwayman for dealing damage OR open the porcupine. Next use Jester for damage and lastly Arbalest for healing/damaging. Also a big advantage, if your Jester have "Solo", instead of "Battle ballad".

Honestly, I played better teams than this. If your Highwayman or Jester before using "Finale" dies, it's over and you can't do anything. I get many loses, cause of stunning and killing Highwayman.
