Far Cry New Dawn is a first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released in February 2019 as a spin-off and direct sequel to Far Cry 5. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, the game takes place seventeen years after the events of Far Cry 5, in a fictional Hope County, Montana.

In Far Cry New Dawn, players explore the devastated landscape of Hope County, which has been drastically transformed by a global nuclear catastrophe known as "the Collapse."
