This week's guest is Carnival Music artist and songwriter Waylon Payne. Waylon has a long history in show business. His mother is the legendary country singer Sammi Smith and father, Jodi Payne, a long time guitar player for Willie Nelson. His namesake, Waylon Jennings, just happenes to be his godfather. Though it has been a wild ride of a career for Waylon, including an acclaimed acting career and a stint of darkness with drug abuse, Payne is back in the saddle with the new critically acclaimed Vol. 1 release of his record Blue Eyes, the Harlot, the Queer, the Pusher, and Me, with Vol. 2 set to release Friday, July 3rd.
