The original "Dukes of Hazzard" movie which even features Waylon Jennings as "The Balladeer" who provides the voice narration and music.

The film defines a Moonrunner as follows:

"You take a load of 200 proof corn liquor through a Georgia roadblock at 100 mph and if you ain't a dead man, you're a Moonrunner."

This is the story of Grady (Mitchum) and Bobby Lee (Martin), two down-home boys who can run moonshine for Uncle Jesse (Hunnicutt). Make no mistake, Grady and Bobby Lee sure can drive a Plymouth Fury four-door sedan.

This talent allows them to engage in their primary activities of chasing women and "hot roddin' a '55 Chevrolet" stock car at the local dirt track. The audience will enjoy a hair-raising journey of chases and crashes both on and off the track with Grady and Bobby Lee, enemies Boss Hogg, and the local sheriff.
