A big part of the performance art/movement training I did was working with reciting poetry and verses. As a movement teacher now I write a lot of verses for the sessions I teach and have to recite them as we move. One of the poems I learned for one of my final assignments was 'The Highwayman' by Alfred Noyes. I love reciting it as it's so dramatic and the soundscape is just fabulous! This is part one of three of the poem, the other two are coming!
