Wrapping up Winds of Valen. Roughly 10 hours of content, unless you want to max every single skill! Three developers, three months of work, and the product (although still very early) feels more polished than almost all of the MMORPGs we’ve seen in 2025!

Winds of Valen is a free fantasy sandbox MMORPG. Experience old-school progression where every level, skill, and drop is earned through effort. Train your combat, mining, and smithing skills, and hunt for rare and unique items in a seamless open world filled with danger and discovery.

I decided to cut out the hours of grinding the Elf Warden as there were between 3-8 people farming it, so we never actually saw the mechanics!
